As a registered member of optimahealth.com, you can pay your monthly premium online. Please note: this information is only applicable to OptimaFit members.

Benefits of Online Bill Pay

Online bill pay gives you the flexibility to pay your bill based on your needs. You can:

  • make a one-time payment
  • set up reoccurring automatic payments
  • choose the day of the month you want your payment drafted
  • set up multiple payment methods
  • make partial payments, several times a month
  • pay premium for more than one month at a time
  • get an email to remind you when your premium is due, when your payment is drafted, or both

Once you have registered, simply click Pay Monthly Premium to make a payment using your credit card, debit card, or your bank checking or savings account.


Other Accepted Forms of Payment

You can pay your premium using any of the options below.

Bank Auto Draft
You can pay your monthly premium directly from your bank checking or savings account. Payment is automatically withdrawn from your account between the 5th and 7th business day of every month. Complete the Auto Debit Form located on the Member Forms page. Return the form along with a voided check to the address or fax number listed on the instructions.

Electronic Check
You can pay with an electronic check by calling 1-888-645-4306. You will need to have a copy of your monthly billing statement to use this option. Follow the prompts to make a payment using the automated attendant from your bank checking or savings account. The system will ask you to enter your member ID, billing ZIP code, bank routing number, and account number. 

Cash/MoneyGram®
Pay cash for your monthly premium through MoneyGram®. There is no fee to use this service. When you visit a MoneyGram location, bring cash to pay your premium and your Optima Health member ID number, and enter the receive code 15084. Additional locations can be found at https://www.moneygram.com.

Mail
You may mail your check, cashier’s check, or money order. Please mail your payment, along with the payment stub from your monthly bill, to P.O. Box 715892, Philadelphia, PA 19171-5892.  Please note: your payment must be received by the last day of the month.

Telephone
Call 757-687-6434 or 1-888-737-5479 and select option 2 to pay by phone with an Optima Health representative. Please note: we experience high call volumes at the end of the month and encourage you to use the alternative options listed above to avoid long wait times.
